Froyo And when will

I have a Desire on T-mobile contract and just wondering when i will be able to update from 2.1 to Froyo?

Branded or unbranded?

iv got an unbranded desire on tmobile and updated to 2.2 on release day, saw something about branded tmobile phones getting it within the month

T-Mobile UK have stated via their Twitter account that branded Desire handsets will receive Froyo some time in September. With previous experience of waiting for them to release updates, it will probably be late September.

Branded T-Mo handsets have a T-Mo splash screen when you start the phone. If you have this, then you will be waiting until September. If not, try- Menu, Settings, About Phone, System software updates, Check now.
