Help Froyo EB13 questions?

It's supposed to come OTA over the next few days. I'm guessing it's probably a 4-day rollout like previously with EB13. I think yesterday (the 21st) was the first of a few days to roll it out.
I didn't even get the last one. I wonder how I wonder how I fit into this "roll out".
F sprint - I want my money back for this stupid phone and the $10 a month I spend on 4g that I've connected to once for 15 seconds. I talked to a rep the other day to ask if I could get my money back (even though I had it since launch day, first time ever I bought a phone on it's first day, or any phone model under a year old). No go unfortunately.
Seriously my buddies little lg phone that he got for free can do anything I use my epic for. (ESPN, navigation, news, webbrowsing)
I didn't get the last one either, but I took it into my own hands and put it on myself. Then I rooted and flashed a ROM. Boy oh boy does that make a difference. If you're seriously unhappy with the phone, I suggest doing the same as you really unlock the potential by rooting and flashing it.
It's a bit of work, you need to read and actually learn something, but it's so completely worth it. There are guys working on the Epic with the Android Google folks meaning this phone will be updatable until the hardware can't handle a certain Android version, which is probably years away...
You do this...your buddy with the LG will be drooling over your "device" as it's SO much more than a phone!
Go into "Manage Applications" and you should be able to pick "All" from the tabs at the top. Click on "Camera" from the list and then hit the "Clear Data" button in the options. Reboot the phone after and see if that helps. If not, you could have some corrupt data on the SD card which could cause issues too. If that's the case, you have to format your SD card, which will of course remove everything off it.
That might help. I know this was a problem on EB13, and there are solutions over at XDA, but I cannot remember what they are off the top of my head. Shoot over there and search through a few of the threads in the Epic section. You'll probably come up with quite a few results, but take the time to read through them and I'm almost certain you'll find your answer.
Thanks for the info Hazy. Wow so I guess I wasn't the only one who didn't get the first update. I didn't check in on this site for about 2 months (after the hopeful Christmas release debacle)... I was shocked to see tons of people had it for like 3 weeks and I didn't. Come to find out it got pulled. I've never once crapped on my Epic (til now) it's just the principle of spending a lot of money and not getting a good return.
I am and you commented on my thread in the root section, going to just root my phone and put on an "aftermarket" rom. I try not to say anything to my buddy about his lg (ally i think), because the only reason I got my epic was because he got his for free and I saw how sweet android was and the epic happen to be comming out the next day and I happened to be out of contract. Plus he had the old lg voyager since launch and that was a sweet phone back in the day.
