I've done little looking around.. and I have not seen anything. Does anyone know when the OTA froyo update will be for the Fascinate?
 
2.2 is suppose to come out towards the end of the year for the galaxy s over seas, meaning our OTA would be at or around then.
 
Yeah, I'm hoping they get a bug fix/maintenance release out before the 30 days are up for ppl who got their Fascinate on launch day.

Froyo is "by the end of the year."

GPS issue should be before frozen yogurt update. September 18th for TMO users.
 
Any word on whether they will address the "lag" issue?

I take it no, because that would require them to admit there's an issue in the first place...bastards.
 
I honestly don't see what the big deal is with the 2.2. My stock fascinate does everything except video output which is the only thing im upset about only two apps I use frequently have probs ,facebook and vevo, furthermore my stock fascinate is faster in every proccess when compared side by side to a rooted and overclocked htc evo 4g.....This phone is the the Starship Enterprise right now...no other phone touches it when put side by side...Love the facinate...oh and the bs about bing just set google as your default broswer problem solved.....i mean are we are not trying to drive space shuttles with these things.......yet
