Help Froyo lockscreen question.

Lurker
Froyo lockscreen using slider has notifications using puzzle pieces for email, voicemail, etc... Using the pin option however skips over this screen. I really need a pin option to be secure, but like the above feature. I tried Lockbot, but don't get the notifications. I tried WidgetLocker with same effect. I think I saw where they removed the slider/pin combo from Froyo and wish they'd left it as an option. I know it's from the department of redundancy department :<). but the notifications are nice.

Any ideas on how to get this to work or a similar product that I just haven't found?

Thanx - Dean

I have Widget Locker, which can be setup to display all sorts of notifications, etc., and if I activate the PIN lock, when I wake the phone (power or volume with widget locker), I see the WL display (all my sliders, counts, etc.), and when I unlock the phone (either using unlock or by selecting one of my custom sliders like SMS), I _then_ get prompted to enter the PIN.

This sounds like exactly what you want, unless I'm totally misreading what you're asking?

I use Widget Locker as well. I have a ton of sliders....I almost never have to go to my homescreen now...

I have Widget Locker but couldn't get it to work with JuiceDefender which shuts off 3g. Although if I shutoff 3g, then I won't get messages, I'm thinking. I thought WL was very hard to modify lockscreen. Also when pin locked notification links didn't work. Wrong setting?

I would like to duplicate the puzzle pieces used for message and voicemail notification.
