Froyo on i7500 soon

Please, if you want to discuss about Galaxys camera, open new topic. This one is about Froyo.

Well, the camera doesn't work on Froyo, so people talking about it is kind of normal. There is also another thread stickied where people talk about the froyo releases, so there's no need for two identical threads.

Yeah it is still a nightly. The next beta will be #3, so have patience.
Wi-Fi adhoc also works in the new nightly. Camera only takes 5MP photo with no effects and no flashlight (still more work to be done).

Still to do list by nopy:

Open source msm7k camera drivers (Page 5) - Development - Drakaz's Android stuff

Read post number 105. :D

Things are going rather fast if you ask me, but I don't complain. :p

P.S.: please donate nopy and drakaz...
P.S.2: or just send them a virtual beer

Yeah, gotta say I never expected Flash support! :O I don't hold out much hope for it being amazingly fluid, but still incredible work by the team! :)

I don't surf on flash sites that much for it to be an issue for me. Besides, I don't like the idea of navigating a flash element with touch controls.
Please just speed up on the camera !!!

I hope you don't think about the support of flash like in the browser. :(

It wasn't my intention to confuse you guys. I'm talking about the flash support on the camera (also auto flash feature). :p

I read somewhere on forum (was this one, or the drakaz one  ) that Galaxy, yes our Galaxy can't support adobe flash - yes, this time I'm writing about flash support in browser. :p

i remember something about the processor architecture not being supported

anyway, whether or not that's true, i'm quite convinced that the galaxy's hardware couldn't handle any useful flash applications with any kind of reasonable performance anyway
