froyo on the 23rd?

From the Article:

"There’s still no word on when the Galaxy S phones in the US can expect to receive the update. This, of course, is very frustrating to the host of people who are anxiously awaiting using Froyo."

Not a US update.

omggg. freakin sweet man :D moviesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss:D
most of us knwo how to get every movie ever made on the epic without media hub, it is froyo, and all the missing samsung galaxy apps we are hoping to see soon (I bet six to ten weeks) on Epic

Same here, SBT!!

I got the update Saturday night. I thought maybe I was doing something differently yesterday and today, but after thinking about it, I know my usage didn't change.

Hey now, Media Hub's great for previews.

That's about all its usefulness to me, though. I don't see how they'll be able to compete with Netflix when it hits Android.

Grrrr with all of us seeming to have more battery life probs, that update DEF had to have something to cause this... I am sure another bug.

Either way, at this rate my phone will be going back this weekend that's for sure!

Samsung must be trying to trap us early adopters past the 30 day return mark so we can't take our phones back for an EVO after the Froyo update drastically reduces our already so-so battery life :). (sarcasm)

Sarcasm aside, this news is for the international galaxy s phones. I don't think anyone expected Froyo on the Epic in september (before the 30 days are up).
