Help froyo suckss

i got the froyo update and it laggs like shit.. im trying to put the keyboard to regular ..and it doesnt even go to regular..its always on the sideways key..wtf .. i dont want no sideway keyboard all the time.. im trying to move it around still wont go regular...

are you saying your stuck in landscape keyboard? thats kinda unusual maybe you should check your settings and see if auto rotate is enabled

Sounds like you need to do a g-sensor calibration and a factory reset.

I'm having issues also. At first it was just that the phone is slower and doesn't change screens as smoothly. But today it went from 100% battery to 15% in just 6.5 hours! I had been getting 12 hours at least. I have changed nothing on the phone except going from 2.1 to 2.2 and the battery life seems to have been cut in half.

What is a factory reset? Will i lose all my app? Well it laggs along time like 4 second to get into regular screen before it was f asterr..thumps down on froyo

Huh, I did froyo through the RUU method and havent noticed any problems at all. The time to charge is a little longer and I'm not seeing longer battery life, but don't really see that as a new problem with froyo. maybe you guys should try flashing it with the RUU.

For your picture thing, how is your quadrant score so high? Overclock?

I have done the factory reset after 2.2 update OTA.

I have delay issues when changing rotation/orientation and also when entering and occasionally typing in sms apps.

My battery is fine however, but the delays are trying my patience.
