Root froyo theme question

okay so i rooted my droid to 2.2 froyo and installed the Black Ice Froyo i was wondering how do i go about putting on a new them do i just download it through rom manager or do i have to go back to the default droid theme if so how do i go back?

Second, you should really search this
Third, there are lots of ways to install, SPR, ClockWork, MetaMorph and all are different methods
Fourth, the install method depends on the theme's instructions
Fifth, it's always best to start with a raw, unthemed ROM if possible

okay well then how do i go back to the default android rom using rom manager using sprecovery?
