Root froyo update failed twice

Id assume i can do the sbf (whatever that is) flash right? Phone still runs perfectly fine as i posted this with it. I was rooted and removed bloat. I put bloat back on rest phone, and uninstalled all root apps, tested and found it would not run rooted apps so all good. OTA twice and boots to normal but says failed.
 
My guess is the "Bloatware" you removed was not properly re-installed. I would Suggest an SBF. It's like a fresh cup of coffee in the morning to these phones!
 
I can google sbf... but where is the best tutorial with links to the sbf file? Im a knob, but can follow good directions.
