Frustrated!!!

I have sent this before but I need help!!! I cant watch any videos from ESPN or CBS Sports or things like this. I get the big gray circle with a slash in it. Is there ANYTHING I can do?

You won't be able to. They use Flash which our phones do not have full-support for. Sometimes you'll be able to view videos embedded on sites, other times, not.

Higher-end Android phones, like the Droid and Nexus One should get it soon, though.

2.1 has Flash Lite, and works for Eris - but it doesn't support a lot of normal Flash content.

Better than the iPhone though, those don't support Flash at all.

HTML5 is supposed to come along and completely replace Flash... any day now...

lets not forget the amount of time till websites start implementing it as well.

Well, videos on espn.com "play" on my 2.1 Eris. They really, really suck... but they technically play.

How long have you had your phone? If it's within the past 30 days, defer the upgrade for a month or two until the Incredible is released (April 29th) AND reviewed and tested out fully. Then look into it.

Otherwise, the Droid is also another choice, and will most likely go down in price with newer, more powerful devices.
