Root frustrating restore backup issue

Anyone know what's happening? I'm about to use HDMI (watch movies from iPod lounge) but everytime I restore my backup I find myself having to recreate my bookmarks and logins. Its crazy because I create a titanium update zip and had it for months, I use titanium to backup all apps and data, I also backup my phones system and data in recovery AND I signed up for the Google sync thing that promises to backup your entire life including bookmarks specifically. What on earth am I doing wrong? I have titanium pro

Hmm . Maybe you can try wiping data/factory reset before trying to restore .

Oh but make a backup with CWM or whatever first just in case

I get frustrated trying to back up my b_Rom nandroid. It never wants to get past the splash image after restoring.

Well honestly my issue isn't quite that bad. I can imagine that's frustrating even moreso as that's an entire Rom you need to recover. On intercept bromide needed factory data and no reset so maybe that might also be the case for the triumph. However it may not work if you are coming from a gingerbread. Took me forever to figure out I didn't need to wipe with bromide. Its worth a shot.
