Help fuk it up?

iv upgraded my gt540 from 1.6 to 2.1 and thers still sum stuff on tha fone that i can access when i plug my fone in2 my computa but is not visible on the actual fone, aswell as sum apps like fatbooth and music downloader, if i delete them from the fone using the computer will it fuk up the fone or just speed it up?

if it not visible in your phone,that means apk exist in your sd card but,not installed.it is up to you.you may or may not delete it.until it is not install it does not effect on the speed,only eat some spaces.
