Help Full Backup without SD card?

I was wondering - is it possible to do a complete backup (with the ability for full restore etc.) with the galaxy s2? There is no SD card installed.

I am running on a Mac and also on Windows 7.

All of the backup apps i've found thus far do all the backups onto an SD card - but i'd like to backup the phone onto my computer. Something similar to iTunes i guess. Kies doesn't (on mac anyway) seem to support this, unless i'm missing something?

Kies should be able to do this - that's the purpose of it. Mine does. Backs up into the Hard drive if you tick everything. I know a lot of others had issues but I haven't had any problem eg. on firmware upgrade, restored all the files ok. Can you be more specific?I am using Windows, I can't speak to the Mac version.
