Help Full battery notification?

Since the ICS update my phone no longer makes the fully charged indication sound.

I hadn't noticed that, but I just disabled all extra sounds (keypress, etc) and somehow that got rid of it. But mostly I charge my phone overnight when it's turned off so don't hear anything - although it does also vibrate when charged, and very occasionally I hear that but it doesn't bother me as such.
