Root full memory

I know this has probably been asked before, my internal memory has only 221MB left, internal storage 1.08gb
my external sd card has 14.52gb available. I have been told to move things, but I have to admit I do not know how or what.
Is there anyone who can help me?
ms910 ZVD number 2 rom 2.1
kernal 2.6.35.7 perf.

There's a few ways to do it what i do is go into settings then applications and click on the app i want to move and there should be a button that says move to sd

Use Titanium Backup to move your user apps to the SD card as a batch operation. That should clear up a lot of space.

How do I move things to the external SD card, not the internal one? the external has over 14 gb on it
