Help Full phone backup

I'm getting my Dinc replaced under warrantee due to dust under the screen and the camera lens starting to fall off for no reason. I want to back up the device as completely as possible, but the main thing I want are the apps. I have a lot of apps and it'd be a pain to re-download all of them. What is the best way of doing this? Is there an app or...? Thanks for the help in advance!

I use Mybackup pro. Its in the market and i think its like 4 bucks. Its worked great for me. Ive had to get 4 replacements so far and this made it a lot easier to get all my stuff back when the new one came.
