Help Full Wifi bars... HORRIBLE (>1) mbps down.. goodish mbps up

I just ran a speed test on my home network using
Speakeasy Speed Test
who created the app your using and I ended up with .68 down and 1.33 up so i am guessing there having some kinda server issues.
I would Re run the test with http://speedtest.net No there not the same things =p they just share a name is all
When i just ran it my numbers where 12mb down and 1.8mb up which is accurate for this setup.

Hmm weird they are the same company but if I go to Speedtest.net thought web browser I get completely different numbers let me try it on my Samsung Admire phone real quick lets see what it pulls thought the app.

Just did a test with the app on my admire and it went thought fine =/ I am not really sure. I thought for sure thought when Speakeasy gave me werid speeds like you posted that it was the speakeasy servers.
What brand router? That could be the problem...
