The OP should be researching his or her choice of Federal Country Club facilities :cool: If the SEC finds out (and they will if the trades were "reckless") they are def. going down.

“for the uninitiated “… hahahaha. He’s going to be initiated on a lot of things, and they’re all going to be unpleasant. It’s possible to slide a few small trades by, but when you acknowledge being “reckless” and making “an absolute killing” based on restricted information…you don’t even need to have studied securities regulation (which to be honest was an enjoyable class because I had a great professor) to know his next few years are going to be memorable, and not in a good way.
And it’s also nice of him to create this digital evidentiary trail for the SEC.
