Me too I can feel the pain quite a lot now - it is sore now not even when trying to tie my shoe laces or bending down just to do SIMPLE stuff that EVERYONE else already has in life.
The pain is pretty bad right now sitting in my chair at my desk... I am starting to gett a bit worried here...
The hernia is a massive improvement... wow that was a good one... but this... there is a slight "dark colour" where the small lump about I dunno - about 2 or maybe 4 cm?
