This came up maybe a couple of years ago, and Notes raised it again in recent months.
I can't remember if we found a fix the first time.
For the record, I use just Chrome Mobile on my phone for these forums. Don't work for me eh neither.
However I noticed some of your photos recently appeared normally. Maybe a different source for those. Yes the wave gif thing works OK.

I would never intentionally exclude anyone. All of my content comes from the same site. I'm sure it's gathered from here there and everywhere and shared there. I use Chrome and I've never had any of the content fail to render. What I steal and post is nothing to fret over missing. However, I'm wasting my time posting if it isn't viewable.

I use DuckDuckGo and have no issues. I never had issues using Chrome either ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
