Guess it's time for me to pack it up. Best of luck moving forward everyone.OK. I really wish that you guys would just stop with the sophomoric humor. I may be the only gal that's still around but it's getting old. I don't visit as often as I used to and there are only a few threads I check in on and, much to my chagrin, I am finding a lot of them offensive. Can we try just a little to realize not everyone is a guy and thinks stuff like this is funny? It's not just this thread, it's becoming pretty prevelant everywhere here. There are like 10 people left, I'm just asking if everyone can be a little more, ummm, aware.
I generally get 2-2.5 hours before I need to turn. My pulmonologist thinks it's my sleep apnea, I tell him it's joint pain.
The projected lifespan of non metallic hip implants is something like 15-20 years. My first had its 28th birthday back in November.
Myself I can sleep on my back or just on the right side, my left rolling over hip hurts way too much to be sleeping on that side, and yeah I hit my wall constantly tooI generally get 2-2.5 hours before I need to turn. My pulmonologist thinks it's my sleep apnea, I tell him it's joint pain.
Not quite - 13 * 28 = 364. There would be one day over (or 2 in a leap year). these could be called New year's day and Leap day, an not have normal weekday names to keep the weeks starting on Monday.
Lately I find sleep is growing on me. When I was younger I'd sleep 2 - 3 hours and then be good for the day. Now 4 - 6 hours in a night is easier to obtain. Sleep apnea be damned, I don't use a machine or appliance (yet ... waiting for the rest of my teeth to be fitted) and still feel rested with what many would call a short night. The pain is old hat due to arthritis since I was a pre-teen .I was always a stomach sleeper but for the last year I'm on my side or back. I very much resemble that meme. I am constantly changing sleeping positions. It makes for a miserable night and not a lot of rest. Between the restlessness and the frequent trips to the john, I sometimes think I should just stay up. I sleep best sitting in my desk chair.
