Help Funny Story + Question!

Hey everyone,

Called HTC Support regarding my HTC Desire problem, and she asked what phone I had, I said the HTC Desire. She then responded,

"That impossible, the Desire isnt out yet" ....i went on to explain it was in my hand.

I then asked if she knew when I would recieve the 2.2 update, and she responded,

"Android 2.2 isnt avalible on your phone, it was shipped with 2.1".... wtf kind of HTC employee is this. lol.

Anyway, my desire is unlocked on Rogers network. (canada).

I havent recieved the froyo update yet, how and when can I?

you could see if there is an aosp rom out there or cyanogen, look over at the xda site they have more development than this site.
