Help Fusing Partitions?

Hey I would just like to ask if there is somehow a way to make the my Samsung Admire think the SD card's memory is also part of the phone memory. Like maybe make them both into one big partition? I am sorta bummed out when i get a no space message or when I can't install anymore apps because theyre almost all phone only.

I would appreciate any Tips I could get on the matter.

"If you're phone is rooted, you can use Link2SD and Script Manager and a decent SD card to extent the memory. The full apps will go on the card. Just be sure not to move apps that you require at bootup. This is so that in case you need to remove the card or the card glitches, you still have those apps running.
