Future Android updates available OTA ?

I've just successfully updated from 2.35 to 4.03.

Will subsequent updates be available OTA or must I still use Kies ?

That is up to Samsung or your operator. Major updates from Gingerbread, (2.3.x), to ICS, (4.0.x), have, in the main, been via Kies with very few being OTA.

However, minor updates, within the ICS, (4.x.x), framework, are more likely to be done OTA as they are not so drastic as a platform change.
