Help G2 Music randomly stopping... Help?

Hi Android forums!
I just got the G2 after having the G1 for a couple years.
I never used the G1 for music since there was no headphone jack.


Anyhow, I've had an issue with the music player on the G2.
Randomly while listening to music the music has just paused.
I have to wake up the phone and hit play again.

Any idea why this might be?
Also, I can't be certain, but I think my phone randomly restarted yesterday.

Well, the obvious thing would be, are you using the headphones that came with it? You noticed the control buttons in the wire, right?

If that's not it: the G2 has a feature that automatically pauses whatever is playing if the headphones are yanked out. I've noticed that this is a little hypersensitive on mine, e.g. it will trigger from a slight pull. Could that be it?

I had it plugged in to my car with an aux cable.
Any way to turn off the "pause" feature when the headphones come out? I don't like it.

Also, how do I make the keyboard on this thing light up?

I haven't notice any problems like yours, but I have noticed that when I receive a call the music pauses and never comes back on. I also had my phone restart randomly during a call. And the keyboard lites up but not constantly, it is kind of odd.

Odd little stuff for sure.
It's going to make it so this isn't my primary music player.
