I noticed this on my screen I don't know what it is. I don't think it is from physical wear because I take good care of my devices and almost never drop them. I have included some pictures, as you see it is a blue dot on a black or gray background but it is white on any other color.

I'm not too sure of the tech but it could be stuck pixels. I've seen apps that claim to fix them but they could just be snake oil.
Can i ask, when you take a screenshot then move it around in the gallery, is the spot still visible?

Dunno, the cause of it but seems like maybe it was damaged and that's just a dead part of the screen now. I would suggest trying to take advantage of the warranty and get a new phone. I was having trouble with my screen responding properly, went to my carrier, and got a replacement free under warranty.
Looks like some sort of physical screen defect, could be some sort of contamination, maybe even a problem with the backlight diffuser. Probably best to seek service.
