Welcome to Android Forums, Sam.

If you are using the stock browser, open the browser and go to menu>more>settings and make sure 'enable javascript' is checked.

Open the stock browser. With a browser window open (it doesn't matter which website you are on) press the menu key. You should see an option in the menu called "more". Choose that. At the bottom of the menu that pops up, you should see "settings". Again, choose that. Scroll down the list until you see "enable javascript" and make sure the box next to it is checked.
