galaxy ace 2 notifications

Hi, ive brought a brand new galaxy ace 2 and i must say its a joy to use and for the money it is exellent.

only one thing im stuck with is changing the notification tones for different thins i.e sms, facebook, email etc

i have managed to change it but its the same tone for every notification

is there a way i can change it so i have a different notification tone for say facebook notifications and sms?

i remember on my galaxy s i could but i cant figure it out on the ace 2

I think your only choice is to go into each application you want to change notification sound for and see if there's an option to change the notification sound through that.

What CVL says is correct.
You have to go to the individual programmes to be able to set different tones.

For example:
Go into your 'Messaging'
Now tap the 'Menu' key
Tap 'Settings'
Scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see the item called 'Notification settings'
Below that, you will see 'Select ringtone'
Tap that, and now you can select the tone you want.

For 'Email'
Go into Email, and tap the 'Menu' key. Tap 'More' and tap 'Account settings'. Again under 'Notification settings' you will see an option called 'Select ringtone'
