Help Galaxy Ace 2 update.

Hi all

I don't post on here much but do look at the forums often. I have got a Galaxy Ace in the last couple of weeks. It had Gingerbread OS on and I was under the impression that the next update would put Jelly Bean on. Anyway I have connected up to my lappy and Kies has told me that an update for my phone is available but on getting the update down and installing it (all automatic with Kies) I find that my OS is still GINGERBREAD.XXLK may be a newer version of gingerbread but definetly not Jelly Bean.

Any ideas anyone.

The jelly bean update is due in early 2013 (q1) - probably! The updates you are getting are minor bug fixes.

Yep I read that just after I posted that question LOL. Thanks anyway Tight Git especially for the, hopefully true, estimate of when Jelly Bean will be coming.
