some apps like talking tom cat and talkin santa, etc dont det installed on my cell( galaxy ace)!! can anyone help me with this matter!!

A Little more detail is needed to understand your problem. Can you see the app in the market and it just fails to install? or you can't find the app to install in the first place. If there are any error messages please let us know what they are.
