I bought a Samsung duos s5302 from Sangeetha Mobiles last week. During the sales, I was told, the mobile is capable of having loads of apps, can work well with 32gb sd card and can store unlimited sms. After buying the mobile, I loaded it with 16gb sd card. After using the mobile for couple of days, the mobile was very slow. Moreover, if I use GPS, the mobile will halt for some time and even the power off switch will not work. So I crossed check with Sangeetha mobiles, I was told that, the mobile can handle only 8GB sd card or else it will become very slow. Moreover, downloaded apps should not be used since that also will slow down the mobile (I normally close all the apps and clear the cache. But they told even Samsung application also causes the slowdown). Adding to that, they told that, the maximum sms the mobile can store is only 1000. Can anybody clarify whether these statements from Sangeetha mobiles are true for slow down? Or is there any settings/configurations need to be done?
