Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

I don't know what phone to go with? The S4 keeps popping up in my head but it has SO MUCH stuff added to it. I thought of going back to HTC even though I said I would never would again...only because of the speakers. So I guess that is not a reason to go back? The Note 3? It is SO BIG! But tempting. The X? I do want it. I wan't the Developer Edition though. They said coming soon. Their interpretation of coming soon is different than mine, I guess? And I don't want to wait till November for 32gb. I'm pretty sure I could live with 16gb. And I'm still deciding on Edge Max.

Too much thinking. Brain hurt :(

Halon, have you actually HELD a Note 2 in the store? The Note 3 will be slightly smaller, but with a slightly larger screen. My medium sized hands find the Note 2 to be large, but not uncomfortably so.

The Moto X was my dream phone for the longest time until I realized that it's... simple. TOO simple for me. Designed for the masses, not necessarily us modders (one look at the specs proves that), it's made for new Android converts and people who want easy.

With that out, the G2's awful user experience and fact that HTC has never impressed me, that left the Note 3... which I certainly hope will be all I hope it is when my pre-order arrives next month :)

Honestly now that the Droid Maxx is rooted it has become a contender for my next phone - the battery life on it is unreal.

Ugh, what to do, what to do. Guess I need to wait until November.

I do need to root this Bionic though - this high Android OS bug is killing me. Battery has become worse than my Nexus.

Bah, all news is about the shooting in DC today. 12 confirmed dead.
Building is next to where my brother works, but thankfully was off work today. Glad they found the shooter.

I went on Verizon website to play around with the possibility of switching to Edge. I'm not eligible right now.

Hey everyone, long time no see :)

I'm liking those pics of the Nexus 5, hoping we get some more news soon. My GNex has certainly seen better days, thinking it's time to upgrade soon. Like Han a couple pages ago, I've been out of the game. What are the big names now -- just the G2, Moto X, and SGS4? What are people leaning towards to make the first change away from our precious Nexus?

Moto X for me with thoughts of S4. I'll pass on the G2 because of the buttons on the back. The Note 3 is just way to big. And hoping for a Nexus next year on Verizon with VoLTE.
