Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

OK, so I know after all the V-Day recipes and smoking stuff, this may be a little less than exciting. I made burgers with fresh cut sharp cheddar cheese on the grill. Fired up the frydaddy for fresh cut french fries. I know not fancy, but brings back summer memories.

If I can have a little spicy brown or stone ground mustard on there while you're cooking it that actually sounds like my favorite one of the bunch.

We also had fresh cut vidalia onions, tomatoes, and bacon. And we did had ketchup and mustard on them. It's slow again tonight on AF. I get antsy when I have no one here to talk to. :D I know somewhere it was said that 10k post make you an addict, but I don't think it takes that many.

Its been slow most nights lately.

I haven't had grits since Basic Training. At least real ones. I may have to try to make them at home. Hmm... maybe an egg over easy dropped over a plate of grits. That sounds good in text. I'll have to experiment.

Is it an annual thing post Christmas or is this different. I literally had one post until a few weeks ago, so I am just baffled that it gets so quiet all of a sudden. My usual routine is the check UserCP, then Unanswered Threads, and then New Posts. But it just seems so slow over the past few days.

I've only ever had them at home. We usually do them with an egg, butter and breakfast links cut up. Mmmm. Drooling a bit.

It seems to happen in waves. I wasn't around last year at this time. I came back mid summer and it was painfully slow then.
 
Anyone ever eat duck eggs? I have a buddy at work who has some farm animals including some ducks so he hooked me up with a half dozen of duck eggs. Of course i just had to come here and share that lovely fact with you all lol :)

So far to me an egg is an egg. Just depends on how many I need to make an omelet. JK, I'd try and cook them as normal and see if there is any difference.

I hadn't heard about that but it would make me very happy since I hate that feature.

+1 BB, I also REALLY hate conversation mode. I access my gmail, contacts and Calender through Outlook on my laptop, I almost never go directly to Gmail so the conversation mode using Gmail on the Gnex is doubly annoying :(

Lol, I really am trying to figure out how to turn off conversation mode in gmail and you were looking for someone to help. I was truly asking if you (or anyone else) knew how to turn it off. Sleep well :)

OK, you really confused me with your post:D. I will look into it in the morning for you.
 
I have been looking for this setting too, but apparently in the Gmail app itself, its not possible to disable the conversations view...something about the way that Google is integrating more of their other "groups" functions....however, in the Email app(exchange/IMAP) you can set it up like outlook etc....also in the new desktop version you can disable it as well.
