All kidding aside, good luck with that knee! It's amazing what they can do these days...

As far as your data goes, there is no way for us to know your data usage, or if future usage can stay within your data cap. Keep in mind that, as devices move more and more toward cloud-based storage, data usage is increasing.

For example: I calculate that I would need at LEAST the 8 GB plan, which would be a crippling monthly increase for me. So it's full retail as long as they'll let me do it. And that's with current data usage... that doesn't even take future streaming needs into account.

Something to think about, Halon.
 
Hiya kids! I'm baaaaack! Long story short - things were really busy and a bit rocky at times for the past 6 weeks or so but I just had to find time to visit my friends here. I know quite a few of you have upgraded your phones. I am stuck until I either win the lottery (even a small one will do) or until after my contract is up so I can see what phone I want and which carrier will best suit me.
I will admit I only scanned the last 6 weeks worth of posts so I can't even begin to guess at what else had gone on. Hope everyone is doing well!!

EDIT: Anyone here using Smart Volume Control+? It looks like a very clever app (watch the video!) and it's on half-price sale for $2. Just curious of how my AF friends like it...

Edit: Whelp, going through with a 2yr contract for a Note 3, at $300, subsidized; it hasn't yet told me I need to change my plan. Said very clearly, "Your plan will not change".
The plot thickens....
Comments on DL are so mixed. I'm very tempted, but not sure about all this.

I'm slowly leaning more towards a G2. I like the Note 3, I just think it'll end up being too big. My S3 is already a little tight in some pants I wear. Development seems sluggish now, but there's already a couple ROMs out for it.
Dat battery life though..... :)
