Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

That was only the small bar, not even all the tvs! Plus 3 projectors!

Battery today. I've had wifi, bluetooth and gps and full brightness on all day...10hrs off with 56% left and estimated 14hrs till 0% and a little over 2 hours on screen time.

Tomorrow will be a good test. I'll be gone most of the day while in Pittsburgh for NLDS game 4.

The pulldown menu is definitely busy. I'm not sure yet if that can be cleaned up?

Hi halon, pull down the menu, scroll far right, hit edit. Click off what you don't want... . Wallah, menu much cleaner. If you toggle quick slide off, it is a huge help, IMO. Glad your enjoying your new phone.

Just to let you know and to pass on to others, Verizon has the Device Payment Plan. You can keep unlimited and pay off the phone over 12 months.

Thanks! I may look into that although I'm about to lose my 15% discount from my old job so I need to see if keeping unlimited is worth the cost or if something else will be cheaper

Just talked to a CSR online and she said it cannot be done online. Only certain stores would offer it :/

EDIT: Hey Teener, welcome to the Forums!

You might want to ask that question in the Thunderbolt's "All Things Root" section where more experienced eyes can see the issue. If you like, we can move your post for you so you don't have to repeat it.

:)

Correct. Not online. But I was told any corporate store will do it.

Good morning everyone - "happy" Monday. Back to work.

Had a nice weekend - went to Brooklyn Brewery with my future brother in law this weekend, drank a lot of beers and then just relaxed and did some wedding stuff on Sunday. Started registering at Bed Bath & Beyond - boy is that scanner fun and addicting.

Is every single KitKat bar code a winner? Or did lightning just strike twice for me?

Since a person can only win one prize, I made a login with the Darling Bride's information. Then I entered the SECOND code (First was a $5 win for me) and IT WON TOO! Another 5 bucks!

Not bad, $10 for 2 KitKat bars. Now I have 8 more bars (and codes) that I can't do a thing with. With my luck there are 3 Nexus 7s among them and we can't win anymore

Wedding stuff is... well, an adventure, Stigy :)

Chief - You can always share the codes. If we (I mean *I*) win a big prize I'll give it to you :p

"One Thousand (1,000) Grand Prizes. Each Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) Nexus™ 7 Tablet. Approximate retail value (ARV): $229.00 each. One Hundred Fifty Thousand (150,000) First Prizes. Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) $5.00 promotional credit for Google Play™. ARV: $5.00 each. Twenty Thousand (20,000) Second Prizes. Each Second Prize winner will receive one (1) coupon good for a KIT KAT

Yayyy!

Verizon just hit my card for the full retail price of the Note 3! I've never been so happy to spend that much money in my life! Come on, baby, jump into my waiting hands!

:D :D :D

I think I'm about to have a bad night.

I should have scrilled up on that a bit. I think that storm line runs from Virginia Beach to roughly Bangor, ME, so that's Bread and BB too. Stay safe everyone.
