Hi there guys, I need help sorting my Galaxy Note 10.1 out. I love this tablet and got one for my wife as well, and we have the exact same issue with this tablet. When browsing, browsing on play store, email, and streaming, every 10 sec or so I get a connection error, or no network connection found. But I have full cellphone reception.
I have tried forcing it on both WCDMA and GSM and on both bands I get the same errors, myself and my wife have both andriod cellphones and no issues on them, I live right next to a cellphone tower, full signal.
I have no problem on wifi, only 3G.
Please can you tell me what the fix is.
Programs like internet radio doesnt even work it keeps saying network error. Please help. Much appreciated.
