Galaxy Note 10.1 Internet Call Seting

The Galaxy Note 10.1 got an Internet call (SIP/VOIP) build-in app. And by using it I found out that it is alot better than any VOIP or SIP app out there. The only problem that I got with it, only work with Wi Fi and I am unable to make it work with Mobile Data. Any one can help ?

If this is a built in app, then you will have to sign up to a SIP provider to get it to work over 3G, otherwise you could try downloading a VOIP provider like Groove IP, i have heard good things about it and it might offer you some assistance to your issue.
