I bought it from Amazon warehouse, wondering if I can send to Samsung for repair? The serial #'s are off of the box (from Amazon).
I tried to register it online but Samsung says my serial # is invalid?
Maybe because it's Amazon warehouse?
It doesn't really do it on the home screen, slight mess up in the weather app. Seems whenever scrolling and google earth does crazy stuff:

It doesn't seem to be "broken," this seems to be some kind of graphic mishap?
My fist Android so any pointers would be great before I send it back.
