Help Galaxy Note 2; Exchange mail notification lingers far after I've deleted it???

Anyone else use Exchange on their Note 2/Jelly Bean?

Anyone else notice that when you delete or read an email in your Outlook on your PC, the notification NEVER goes away on your phone that you have a new email??

This is driving me nuts, my Droid RAZR Maxx would eventually (30-60 seconds) remove the notification. Now I can't tell if I have a new email or just some email I've already read.

Thanks!!:smokingsomb:

I've noticed that before. All I do is just open up the mail client and it'll refresh...but yes, my Photon would eventually clear the notification. That is one thing that I've noticed in comparison.

Thanks for the extra info!

I did some tests yesterday and let emails sit there (while cleared in my Outlook) for more than 30 minutes. They still stuck on my darn notifications, super bizarre.

Yeah, I found it strange, but just a little annoying. I'll usually just turn the phone on, pull down my notification (I can access the notification bar on the lockscreen using widget locker) and then just clear out the notification.
