Help galaxy note 2 no sound

hi all,i'm new here.

i have a galaxy note 2 with 4,3 jellybean firmware.
about 20 minutes ago, all the sound went dead.
no ringtone, no message tone, no nothing anymore.
all the settings are as they should be, i didn't change anything.
i did a factory reset but still no sounds.
i didn't drop my phone, nore did it came in contact with liquid...
does anybody know what's wrong ???

Know? No. But I can guess that something blew - the speaker, something on the motherboard. Try plugging in an earphone. If that works, the speaker went. If not it's probably the motherboard.

:O your right...didn't think of that :S headphone works fine...
guess i will have to replace the speaker
