Galaxy Note 2 Slow Charging (Charge LED)

i notice when the charging led go bright then my note 2 is charge faster...

and when my charge led bright so low then it's must be charging so slow...

i want to ask is this problem about my phone or the battery or the AC/electricity ??
any suggestion to fix my problem ?? maybe change the battery or something.... thanks

Make sure you are using a 2A charger and be sure you are using the right USB cord. Some of the USB cords do not allow for the full 2A current. If you have your original Samsung USB cord and charger, try those.

Make sure usb is plugged in all the way and make sure cord isn't damaged
