Help Galaxy Note 3 camera probpem

So my Note 3 has been giving me camera problems. It looks like the auto focus goes crazy, making this buzzing sound. I can feel it vibrate. it's annoying because every time I open an app that uses the camera, it distorts the image. I have to keep tapping on the screen so that it can focus and for it to stop going crazy. Here is a link as to what it's doing.

Yeah Note 3's camera sucks, poor focus and if's dark, oh god, blurry unfocused slow mess. and no your phone can't ''Buzz'' the autofocus isn't even big enough to vibrate your phone

You got something going on with yours. Mine takes excellent pics.

Mine as well. I have to keep tapping on the screen so that it can focus. Looks like a focus issue, or something triggering the vibration motors every time I open a camera app.

it should never keep focus hunting, and definitely should not be noisy like that. if it's less than a year old, you still should be under your mfr warranty to get it fixed. I had an app that was doing some focus hunting that made me nervous, used the regular camera app and it was fine, I rebooted the phone and it fixed it in the offending app.

Sweet. It's been less than a year. It does this with all camera apps

try your carrier first (it can't hurt), then give samsung a call. all manufacturers have a 1 year warranty.

I'm talking with customer support right now. Hope they can resolve this issue
