Help galaxy note 3

I placed my phone next to a magnet and realized I did it quickly picking it back up moments later the magnet is extremely strong I was wondering if it could be why I'm noticing sudden degradation in my signal quality with my note 3 it seems like it's getting weak signal now could I have damaged my radios?? Or is It all In my head

Probably ripped the internal aerial out.

I wouldn't do this myself, but this video shows how to get at the internal antenna. At 1:40 he starts removing the internal back case, which is just held in place by several screws.

If you've ever worked inside a phone or a laptop, you know that this type of antenna connection is not likely to be released by just a magnet, especially considering there are two layers of plastic involved. This assumes your magnet was placed on the bottom of the phone.

Take it to a phone store, or Best Buy etc. where you can compare the signal with another Note on the same carrier. Don't do it by bars, but by the signal strength in Settings, About, Status.
