Help Galaxy note and yahoo mail issues

Hi..
I've had the note for a while but a couple,of days ago it stopped loading my emails ( bt yahoo account) it says there are emails but then won't load any.
Anyone know how to fix it ?
Very frustrating :-(

Compare to iOS Andrioid's email system sucks. It's the only part I hate about my
G-Note, you can do 2 things.

1.go to settings/applications/all/ scroll down to email and touch it, click clear data(this will delete all email accounts in this email application). exit out and start all over new(recreate new accounts again). This will work for a couple of weeks and than back to emails stop loading again. There is no permanent fix in the stock email app. If I'm wrong someone correct me.

2. go to play store and purchase a new email app. I bought the enhanced email app. had it for a week and it seems to work good for now.
