Help galaxy note camera fail

Hello, i am just asking if any one has experienced a problem with the camera on the galaxy note. When i want to take a picture or video the screen goes black. Is this a common problem that can be sorted easily ??

No camera issues for me.

When did this start happening?

What version of Android are you running and are you rooted etc.
