After my Galaxy Note 1 did the update from ICS to JB all was well except I could no longer make calls, emergency calls only. It knew the sim was present, that I had a good signal but wouldn't work.
3 took the phone back and reverted it to ICS under warranty and all is well again but now JB has downloaded itself and wants to install once more.
First off will the problem happen again?
If it does can I undo the install or would it need to go back again?
Failing all else how do I remove the update message and delete the update package before it installs?
