Help Galaxy Note Data Usage Question...

Transferring a number is a doddle. At least it was when moving my daughter from Orange PAYG to T-Mobile contract. It took less than 24 hours and her number was transferred before she even got her new phone.

Yeah, I asked O2 about it earlier and they said all I needed do was request the PAC code from them once my contract finishes.

I've been with O2 over a decade and don't really want to leave but if they can't provide me with unlimited data then I'm not sure I really have a choice?.. I don't want to get a tariff that gives me their max of 2GB only to find out I'm exceeding it evey month.

Just a quick update on this.

I've had the note 4 months now and absolutely love it!! All my worries regards the data usage were totally unfounded and so far I've not even exceeded 100MB a month! I am connected to my home WiFi when around the house and constantly receive tweets and emails when out using the packet data. I'm not sure what others are doing to incur such a massive difference in their data usage but I'm actually using less.

I also use Google Calander on a daily basis booking in appointments for my pest control business and have never found it to be an issue...

T-Mobile only counts streaming and file transfers. Email (though I suspect not attachments) and normal Web browsing are un-metered and it looks like small chunks of data associated with your Google Calendar usage are also unmetered.
