Galaxy Note download problem

I've recently 'acquired' a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and have been tasked with downloading and setting up Skype or ooVoo or something video calls.

The thing is that the websites say that the apps have installed, but I cannot find it anywhere, including within 'Manage Applications'.

I've cleared the tiny amount of data through 'Download Manager', but to no avail.

Can anyone off some help?
