Based on the model number and baseband versions in the info, that looks like a genuine Samsung. AFAIK Chinese fakers would never go to such detail as faking Samsung version numbers. Fake Galaxy Notes do exist, but they're usually really very poor. A big give away is often a 4 inch screen on a device sized for a 5.5 inch screen, so there's a huge bezel. Certainly not AMOLED either.

Sometimes they can't even spell Samsung correctly, I've seen Somsong or Samseng and a few other similar variants. LOL.

model number GT-i9220 - Baseband N7000xxkj4 ????? correct me if im wrong but the i9220 and n7000 are 2 different versions of the note (albiet VERY similar) so the i9220 wouldnt have firmware on that was designed for a different model, android 4.0.9 does not exist it is 4.0.4 then 4.1 jellybean. if 4.0.9 does exist, why would it be called gingerbread when the last gingerbread release before ics was 2.3.6...kinda see where im going here!
