Help Galaxy note n7000 can i get 4g lte??

Hi, i got an unlocked galay note. I live in san francisco ca and have Att and was wondering how to get 4g lte on my phone or is it possible thanks for the help!! I think i just have 3g or 4g iono. It says 3g but when internet starts it changes and shows an H+ with little arrow going up and down. Is thay 4g or 3g thanks for that help too. Also when i got the phone i had to manually enter the proxy server and etc stuff to get the internet to work on my phone so if i need to change that what are the steps thanks.
 
So do am i running on 4g than since i had 4g on my last phone and service. Thanks for the help and is just wondering. Like i said in the post it says 3g but than when internet starts it goes to the H+ sign instead.
 
As an FYI: Negri Electronics is now selling an unlocked AT&T version that has the LTE bands, that I am thinking of picking up as it would be an off contract buy for me anyways
